1520 Baxter Ave, Louisville
Full-time & part-time positions available.
Monday-Friday day shifts.
No weekends.
Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) hold the most important jobs at Mariposa. It is their responsibility to oversee the care of the individuals we serve. If you have the heart of a caregiver and want to make a difference as an advocate and mentor for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, this is the job for you.
No experience? No problem! We offer paid training.
Must be 18 with high school diploma/GED or 21, have own transportation, be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen, be able to lift and transfer individuals after proper training, be able to complete CPR/First Aid certification, have basic computer skills. Must be able to write basic service notes and communicate well with others.
